EXCERPT: “COVID-19 case rates increased in 59 of 87 Minnesota counties in the weekly statewide report released Thursday by the health department. County case rates are based on the number of confirmed cases in a week per 10,000 people, with the latest report representing case rates for Sept. 19-25. For context, anything over 10 is a signal that there is widespread community transmission. Last Thursday’s weekly update saw week-over-week increasing case rates in 74 of 87 counties, but while fewer counties showing increases in the latest report is encouraging, it doesn’t tell the whole story as there are now 66 counties with at least 30 cases per 10,000 residents.” FULL STORY: https://fluence-media.co/3Dp7VhC
